The A1003P : "New lower power consumption dry pumps for medium applications". Alcatel Vacuum Technology introduces a new range which dramatically reduce Fab operating costs.

The ATH3200M : come and see Adixen maglev hybrid turbomolecular pumps designed for high pressure, high throughput pumping needed for semiconductor and other thin film coating applications.
