ATH 200 New hybrid turbomolecular pump for analytical instrumentation

adixen Vacuum Products is proud to announce a new member to its Hybrid Turbomolecular pump offering: The 200 l/s ATH 200.

Two versions of the pump, the ATH200 standard and the ATH200I, equipped with an intermediate pumping port of 10 l/s, are available.
The intermediate port provides application flexibility as it can be used to connect a vent valve or vacuum gauge.
Both pumps include grease-lubricated ball bearings allowing them to be mounted in any orientation. The low rotational speed of the pump (36,000 RPM) provides high reliability and robustness against accidental air inrushes, shocks or displacement.
These pumps are optimized for low-pressure applications below 1 mTorr (or 10-3 mbar) and are ideal for the instrumentation market.
Ideal applications include Mass Spectrometers, Electron microscopes, or the pumping of small chambers for nuclear physics.
